This area is far enough out that a second trip costs everyone a day. So we prepare differently for repairs here. We ask more questions on the phone. Then the van comes loaded with the parts your description points to, not empty with a plan to come back.
What we bring, and why we ask first
The van carries the common hinges, sliding rollers, seals, clamps and door closers.
What it cannot carry is your panel. So the more we know before we set off, the better the chance of finishing in one visit.
Two photos usually settle it. One of the whole door or panel from a few steps back. One close up of the fitting that has failed. From those we can tell if it is a part we already have on the van.
Fittings are one visit, glass is two
This is the honest split, and it is the same everywhere. Anything that bolts on can be done the day we arrive.
Glass cannot. A toughened panel (safety glass) is cut and drilled before it is toughened. So we make it to your measurement afterwards. Nobody can hold your size in stock.
So if the glass is broken, expect a measure now and a fit a few days later. If the glass is fine and the fitting has gone, expect it finished before we leave.
Sliding windows, uPVC handles and mosquito nets in one trip
The same van also carries parts for windows. A sliding window runs on rollers, the small wheels under the shutter. When they wear, the window drags or needs a shove. We change the rollers, clean the track and clear its drain holes. We do this on aluminium and uPVC windows alike.
A uPVC handle that turns without locking is often an alignment fault. So we set the shutter level first, and change the handle only if it is worn.
If more than one window in your RR Nagar home is stiff, tell us on the same call. We look at all of them on one trip. We can measure for mosquito nets then too. Each mesh frame is made to its own window, so the fitting is a second visit.

- You get a written priceIt lists each item, with GST as its own line. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Our own team fits the work, checks that every door and window opens and closes properly, and clears up. Most jobs are done in 3 to 4 days.
