Repairs here run on two clocks. On Kammanahalli Main Road it is entrance doors and frontages, and the only good time is before service. One street back it is house glass, where the day is ours and the only question is who is home.
Entrance doors on the main road
A restaurant door that slams or drifts open is a floor spring at the end of its life, not a glass problem.
Changing one is normally a two to three hour visit, and our van carries the common ones. We come in the morning, before you open.
We fit a closer rated for the weight of the door and the use it gets. The closer must suit the door weight and its actual daily use.
Broken frontage glass
If a frontage panel is broken, the first job is making it safe, not making it right.
We clear the loose pieces, take out whatever is still held in the fittings, and board up the opening so you can lock up and trade.
The new glass is made to your size, because toughened glass cannot be cut after it is made hard. That is a second visit a few days later, and we give you a real date for it at the first.
Aluminium windows and sliding doors that must lock at night
A shop or office on the main roads has to lock when the day ends. When an aluminium window or sliding door will not lock, the lock is rarely the fault. The door has usually dropped a little on its rollers. Rollers are the wheels the door sits on, and they wear flat. Then the lock no longer meets its catch on the frame. We raise the door on new rollers, and the lock works again.
Behind the main roads, in HRBR Layout and HBR Layout, we work on house windows. City traffic is loud, and it comes in through worn seals. We reseal aluminium and uPVC windows so they shut tight. A mosquito net, or mesh, measured to each window then lets you open them in the evening.

- We fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Our own team fits the work, checks that every door and window opens and closes properly, and clears up. Most jobs are done in 3 to 4 days.
