Work here usually comes with a consultant's drawing and a written specification, and the job is executing it accurately rather than designing it. That changes what matters: dimensional accuracy, documented materials and a proper handover, because somebody will check all three against the paperwork.
Surveying against a drawing before ordering
A drawing describes an idealised building — square grids, level floors, plumb walls — and the actual floor is never quite that.\n\nSo the differences have to be found and reported before glass is cut, not discovered during installation.\n\nWe survey against the drawing and issue the discrepancies as a list. Consultants generally have tolerance for this and no tolerance at all for finding out at handover, so raising it early is what keeps a corporate job on programme.
Specifications that name the product
A corporate specification usually names the glass type, the interlayer, the hardware make and the finish, and substitutions are not simply a commercial decision.\n\nWhere something specified is unavailable or has a long lead time, that needs raising formally rather than being swapped quietly.\n\nSo we quote against the specification as written and flag anything that will not arrive in time, with an alternative proposed for approval. Quiet substitution is the most common reason a fit-out fails its handover inspection.
Snagging, and handing over properly
On a corporate job the work is inspected and a snag list is produced, and how that is handled decides whether the job finishes cleanly.\n\nMost snags on glazing are small: a silicone line, an alignment, a handle height, a mark on a panel.\n\nSo we walk the floor ourselves before the inspection and put right what we find, which shortens the list considerably. Handing over a floor we have not checked and letting somebody else find twenty items is slower for everybody.

- We fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Our own team fits the work, checks that every door and window opens and closes properly, and clears up. Most jobs are done in 3 to 4 days.
