Sector 62 is the easiest place in NCR to fit out a full office floor, and that is a claim about installation rather than about glass. Independent towers, daytime working in most of them, service lifts built for fit-outs, and roads a vehicle can actually stand on. Every one of those removes labour from the job.
Why a floor here costs less to install
The glass rate is the same everywhere we work. The installation is not, and Sector 62 is at the cheap end.
These towers are independent rather than part of a managed campus, so most allow daytime working - no night shift, no setup and clear-down at each end of a restricted window. The service lifts generally take a full-height panel, so fewer trips and fewer joints. The roads are wide enough to unload properly.
A team therefore works full days. On a full floor that difference is several shifts of labour compared with the same floor plate in a managed Gurugram tower, and it is the whole reason a large job settles towards the bottom of our range here.
Planning cabins for a floor that changes headcount
BPO and IT floors re-plan more often than most offices, and it should shape the build rather than being discovered later.
An aluminium-framed system unbolts and the same panels can be re-set into a new layout, provided the new room sizes suit the sizes you already own. That is a genuine advantage on a floor where a team can double in a year.
Frameless glass on patch fittings has its holes drilled before toughening, so a panel can only go back into an opening of the same dimensions. It looks better and it is the right answer for a settled layout.

Acoustics on an open floor
This comes up on every IT floor and the honest answer disappoints people, so it is better said at the drawing stage.
A single sheet of toughened glass cuts far less noise than expected. It is rigid and sound passes through it. A glass meeting room on a busy floor, in single glazing, will be visible and not private.
Where confidentiality genuinely matters - an HR room, a client call room, a boardroom - the answer is double glazing with a sealed cavity, ideally two different pane thicknesses so they do not resonate together, and proper seals at head, base and door. That is a different product at a different price. We will quote both and say what each achieves, rather than quoting single glazing throughout and letting you find out.
