Window Gap Sealing across Faridabad
Faridabad's monsoon runs from July to September. In a storm, an open frame joint lets fine spray onto the sill. Mosquitoes follow once the rain ends, and they use the same slot. A sealed joint keeps the window drier and closes that way in.
We seal the joint between frame and wall, outside and inside. Backer rod, a soft foam cord, goes into deep gaps first. It stops the sealant from sinking and splitting early. We check the full frame with a torch before and after.
