A glass partition in Bangalore costs ₹620 to ₹905 for each square foot of glass. That price is fitted, before GST. Four things decide where your job falls in that range. How much glass you need. How thick the glass must be. If it has a door. And how easy your building is to work in. This page shows the full rate list. It prices four real jobs, line by line. So you can check any price someone gives you.
What the rate covers
One rate covers each square foot of glass. It includes the toughened glass, cut to your sizes. It includes normal chrome fittings, all the cutting and drilling, delivery, and our team fitting it. We do not charge for the measuring visit. We do not add a delivery charge at the end.
A few things are extra. GST is extra. So is any building work your wall needs before the glass goes in. So are glass extras you pick, like frosting, a privacy band, tinted or extra-clear glass, or an etched logo. We show each of these as its own line. We do not hide them in the rate.
Who these rates are for
Offices that want to split one big floor into cabins and meeting rooms. Shops and restaurants that want a glass front. Clinics and salons that need a private room but still want light. And homeowners fitting a shower or replacing broken glass.
They all want the same thing. One company to measure, make, deliver and fit the job. And one company to fix it later if a door stops closing well.
Maybe you only want the glass, and you will find your own fitter. Then these rates will look high. They include our team, and a warranty on our work.
Where these rates apply
All over Bengaluru. The tech park offices in Whitefield, Manyata and Electronic City. The office buildings along the Outer Ring Road. The old houses of Koramangala, Indiranagar and HSR Layout. And homes everywhere, from the old Jayanagar blocks to the new towers on Sarjapur Road and Kanakapura Road.
The rate is the same across the city. Your address changes only one thing: how long the work takes. A ground floor shop with a wide shutter is a quick day. A flat on the fourteenth floor is slower. There, every panel goes up in a booked lift, inside a two hour slot.
How we build up a price
We start with the glass area. We measure every glass face, multiply it out, and add the door.
Next is the glass itself. That price depends on the thickness and the type you pick. Then the cutting. Every hole the fittings need is priced on its own. We do all of it before the glass is toughened. Toughened glass cannot be cut or drilled after that.
Then the fittings. On a small job, these change the price the most. A door set costs the same in a 35 sq ft partition and a 300 sq ft one.
Then delivery, which costs about the same either way. And last, our team's time on site. This is where the state of your building shows up.
Add all of it up. Divide by the glass area. That gives the rate per square foot. This is why we give a range, not one number. And it is why any price given without seeing your site is only a guess.
How long a job takes
Plan for about seven to ten days. That is from your first message to a finished partition.
We usually measure one or two days after your call. Cutting, shaping and toughening the glass takes about three to five working days. That starts after you pay the advance. That time is set by the factory, not by us.
Fitting is much faster. One cabin or shower is normally one day. A shop front is one to two days. A whole floor of cabins takes three to five days. We do it in stages, so your team can keep working around us.
What it is made of
Clear toughened glass. 10mm suits most partitions and shower work. We use 12mm for full-height cabins, shop fronts, and anything much over eight feet tall. The right thickness depends on the panel size and whether it holds a door.
Toughened glass is much stronger than normal glass of the same thickness. If it ever breaks, it breaks into small blunt bits, not sharp pieces. That is why it is called safety glass.
Fittings are steel and brass, and they carry the maker's warranty. Chrome is the normal finish. Black and brushed can be ordered. We pick the door closer to match the door's weight and how often it is used. Shower doors get a proper edge seal. That seal is what keeps water inside.
What we look after
The whole job. That is the point of using us.
We measure. We write the price. We order the glass and the fittings. We book the delivery. We talk to your building team about lift access and working hours. And one site manager stays with the job until you sign it off.
So you have one number to call and one person to talk to. And one company to come back to if something needs fixing later. We give a warranty on our own fitting work. The fittings carry the maker's warranty.
What happens after you get in touch
Send the sizes and a photo on WhatsApp, or fill in the form. We usually call back the same day. We give you a rough range on the call. Then you know if a visit is worth your time.
If it is, we book a measuring slot anywhere in Bengaluru. We measure wall to wall and floor to ceiling. We check the floor where the door fittings go. And we look at how the glass will reach your unit. Then you get a written price. The glass, the fittings and the fitting work are on separate lines.
When you approve it, you pay an advance for the materials. Then we start making your glass. Asking costs nothing. You pay nothing until you say yes.
