Repair work here has a feel you do not get in an office tower. These are working buildings with stock moving through them. Impact damage, and why a chip is not just a mark
A trolley that clips the edge of a toughened panel leaves a chip that looks like nothing. It is not nothing.
Toughened glass gets its strength from its treated surface. Once an edge is damaged, that strength is lost. The panel can fail later with no more warning. It does not crack slowly first.
On a full-height panel beside a walkway, in a building where people move stock, that is worth replacing, not watching. Send a photo of the edge. We will tell you honestly if it can wait.
Doors on a floor that never stops
A cabin door on a busy operations floor gets far more use than the same door in a quiet office. The closing part wears out sooner.
When a part must be replaced, we fit one made for the weight of that door and the traffic it really sees. A closer meant for a quiet cabin will not survive a door onto a production area. That is why some of these fail every year, until someone sizes it right.

- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
