Indiranagar gives us more door repairs than almost any other area we cover. The doors here work harder than they were built for. A cafe door on 100 Feet Road is opened hundreds of times a day. An office door in an old house was often fitted with parts made for a home. Both break in the same way. And neither is a glass problem.
What usually goes wrong
The closing part, more often than anything else. A door in constant use loses its control slowly. You see it slam, drift open, or fail to shut. The cause is usually the floor spring, or clamps that have come loose.
The rest is alignment. A lock that no longer meets its catch. A handle out of line. Or screws that need tightening. We fix all of that on the glass you already have.
When a part does need changing, we pick one made for the weight of the door and how often it is used. We do not fit the same weak part again and get called back next year.
Broken glass, and getting the street safe
If glass is broken or unsafe, the first visit is about making it safe. We take out the loose glass and board or cover the opening. Then a cafe can keep trading and an office floor stays usable.
We then make the new panel. Toughened glass is cut and drilled before it is made, and nothing can be done to it afterwards. So a made-to-size panel takes a few working days.
On a street this busy, it is better to replace a chipped panel than to wait. Damage to the edge takes away the strength that toughening gives it.
How the job works
- Tell us about the jobSend a few photos, rough sizes and what you need. Use WhatsApp or the form. For a repair, a short video of the door moving helps a lot.

- We come and measureWe measure the opening. We also check the walls, floor, ceiling and the way in. Your glass is made to these final sizes, so they must be right.
