Repairs here split cleanly by which side you are on. Towards Bagmane it is a cabin door that no longer closes properly. In the layouts it is a shower enclosure with worn fittings, or a railing panel that has been knocked. Neither is usually a glass problem. Knowing which one you have before anyone travels keeps it to a single visit.
What fails on an office door
The floor spring, more often than anything else. This is the closing part fitted into the floor. A cabin door opened hundreds of times a day wears it out slowly. You see the door slam, drift open, or fail to shut.
The rest is alignment. A lock that no longer meets its catch, a handle out of line, or clamps that need tightening. We fix all of that on the glass you already have.
Getting a team in needs worker IDs and sometimes a lift slot. A short repair is easier to arrange than a night of fitting.
What fails in a house
In a bathroom it is the hinges, the door seal and the silicone, in that order. The glass is almost never the problem.
Outside the bathroom it is railing panels and window glass. A chipped or cracked toughened panel is worth replacing, not watching. Damage to the edge takes away the strength that toughening gives it.
Send a photo. For a door, send a short video of it moving. That usually tells us what has failed before anyone travels, so the right part is on the van the first time.
