HSR Layout has many offices at street level, with flats above them. The glass front door opens straight onto the street, on 27th Main and inside the sectors. Dust blows in under it, and rain water follows in a storm. The rubber strips on the door edges close that gap. They harden and tear, and we fit new ones.
A co-working space has a different problem. New people open its doors every day, and not gently. Handles loosen, pivots squeak, and a door swings into the glass wall. We tighten or change the handle, quieten the pivot and fit a stopper.
