An office floor has many doors, and each one is used all day. The entrance door, the cabin doors and the meeting room doors all wear. Windows stop closing, and cooled air leaks out. Our own Fabrockers team repairs all of these in Bengaluru and Delhi NCR.

Everyone on the floor uses the entrance door all day. The door closer wears first. On a frameless glass door it is usually a floor spring. That is a closer set in a metal box in the floor. We change the spring, the hinges or the handle. Then we set the door to close softly and fully.
A cabin door that squeaks or bangs disturbs every desk near it. We clean and oil the pivots, or change them if they are worn. A door stopper keeps the handle off the glass wall behind it. New door rubbers close the gap at the edges, so less sound passes through.
The lock on a frameless glass door usually sits at the bottom. It is called a patch lock. Grit from shoes gets into it, and the key turns stiff or jams. We change the lock, and the new one comes with its own keys. Sliding meeting room doors use a hook lock, and we change those too.
Partition and door glass in an office is toughened safety glass. We make the opening safe the same day and clear the broken glass. Toughened glass cannot be cut after it is made. So the new panel is made to our measured size, which takes a few days. A new door glass is hung and aligned before we leave.
A sliding meeting room door runs on rollers, in a track at the top or the bottom. Worn rollers make the door heavy, noisy or jerky. A bent or dirty track can make it jump off. We change the rollers, clean or repair the track, and level the door.
Aluminium and uPVC windows on an office floor get little care. Seals flatten, and shutters stop closing fully. Then cooled air leaks out, and rain and dust come in. We reset the shutters, change the seals and seal the gaps around the frame.
Staff open the pantry window and a few others for fresh air. Without mesh, mosquitoes and flies come in with it. We fit new mesh frames made to the window size. We also change torn mesh in a frame you already have.
A glass railing on a stair or mezzanine is held by clamps or a base channel. Clamps work loose after years of hands pulling on them. A loose panel rattles, and it is not safe to lean on. We tighten or change the clamps, and we replace a cracked panel.
Our normal hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. An office can ask us for night or Sunday work instead. That suits a main entrance door, which nobody can close off at noon. It also suits drilling, which is loud beside working desks. Tell us when the floor is empty, and who will let us in. Many buildings ask for crew names or a work permit in advance. Tell us what yours needs, and we will send the details early. A bank branch can ask for a Sunday, when the branch is closed.
One visit can cover many doors on the same floor. So walk the floor once before you message us. Note each door by its room name, and write the fault beside it. For example: the board room door slams, a cabin door squeaks, the pantry window will not shut. Add a photo or a short video of the worst ones. Send it all on WhatsApp. We can usually tell from that what each door needs. You then get one written price for the whole list. Nothing is due until you approve it.
We repair doors, windows, glass, mesh and glass railings. We do not service automatic sensor doors or their motors. We do not repair fire-rated doors, lifts or rolling shutters. We do not do new carpentry, welding, electrical work or signage. Access control is a common question. We can change a lock or a handle on a glass door. We do not wire or repair the card reader or the magnetic lock beside it. We also build new glass partitions and cabins, and that work has its own page. Yes. Offices can ask for night or Sunday work, so the entrance is never blocked in working hours. Changing a closer or a floor spring is usually one visit. Tell us who will open the floor for us. Send a short video of the door swinging first.
It depends on the faults. Small repairs are quick, like a closer, a handle, a stopper or a squeak. So one visit can usually cover every small repair on your list. Send the list with photos first. Then we know what each cabin door needs before we come.
Keep people away from the panel and call us. We come the same day, clear the glass and make the opening safe. We measure at that visit. New toughened glass is made to size, so it usually takes a few days. We then come back and fit it.
Yes. We change the lock, and the new lock comes with its own keys. The old key then no longer works. If the door is locked shut right now, tell us before we come. Send a close photo of the lock, and we will say what is possible.
Usually not. Most air leaks come from flat seals, shutters that no longer meet, or a gap around the frame. We can repair all three. If a frame is bent past repair, we will say so plainly. We also make and fit new aluminium and uPVC windows.
Tell us what the building needs when you book. Many office buildings ask for crew names, or a work permit for night work. We send the names early. Everyone who comes is our own Fabrockers staff. We do not send a subcontractor, so the names will not change.
