A mall has more glass than almost any other building. It has store front doors, atrium railings, sliding doors and food court screens. Shoppers walk past that glass all day. So a loose panel or a slamming door cannot wait.
We work for a mall's maintenance team and for single stores inside a mall. Our own Fabrockers team does the visit and the work in Bengaluru and Delhi NCR. You get a written price before any work starts. Many malls ask for work after closing, so tell us your hours.

A store door inside a mall swings all day, from opening to closing time. The floor spring wears first. That is the door closer set in a metal box in the floor. Then the door slams, drifts open or scrapes the tiles. We change the spring, hinge or lock, and set the door straight.
People lean on an atrium railing on every level. Over time a clamp works loose, and the glass panel starts to move. A clamp is the metal fitting that grips the glass. We tighten or change the clamps and check each fixing. A cracked railing panel is made safe first, then replaced to the measured size.
Broken glass where shoppers walk cannot wait. We make it safe the same day. We remove the loose glass and cover the opening. New toughened glass is made to the size we measure, so it takes a few days. We also fix glass that rattles or sits loose in its frame.
A sliding door at a terrace or a side entrance collects dust in its track. The rollers wear, and the door drags or jumps off the track. We change the rollers, repair the track and fix the lock. We do not service automatic sensor door motors. We work on manual sliding doors only.
A food court counter usually has a glass screen between the food and the queue. Trial rooms and wash rooms need large mirrors. We make this glass to size and fit it. That includes mirrors, shelves, counter screens and display glass. A chipped or cracked piece is replaced to the same measure.
Behind the shop floor, a mall has offices, store rooms and staff rooms with ordinary windows. A sliding window sticks, or rain comes in around the frame. We repair the window, seal the gaps and stop the leak. We also fit insect mesh on windows near kitchens and staff rooms.
Many doors in a mall are not glass. Service corridors and staff entries usually have aluminium doors, and wash rooms often have wooden ones. These doors stick, sag or stop latching. We repair the hardware and set the door to close properly. We do no new carpentry, and we do not service fire-rated doors.
Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. Malls and the stores inside them can ask for night or Sunday work. Many malls ask for repairs after closing, when the walkways are empty. Tell us your mall's hours and its rules for contractors. We plan the visit around them. Many small repairs take one visit, such as a floor spring, a handle or a roller. Work that needs new glass usually takes 3 to 4 days, because the glass is made to size.
Send a photo or a short video on WhatsApp. For a door, film it opening and closing once. For a railing, photograph the loose clamp and the whole panel. From that we can usually tell what the job needs. Also tell us which level the work is on. Tell us if there is a service lift or a service entry for large glass. A store inside a mall should find out who approves the work. Sometimes that is the store, and sometimes it is the mall's maintenance office.
Glass beside a walkway, a stair or an atrium edge should be safety glass. Toughened glass is safety glass. It is much stronger than ordinary glass, and it breaks into small blunt pieces. It cannot be cut after toughening. So we measure the opening first, and the panel is made to that size. Until it arrives, we make the opening safe. If a railing panel is cracked, we tell you plainly whether it can stay until then.
We do not service automatic sensor doors or their motors. We do not repair rolling shutters, fire-rated doors or lifts. We do no welding, new carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical work or signage. We do make and fit new work as well as repairs. That includes new glass railings, new aluminium and uPVC doors and windows, glass partitions and shop fronts. Ask us about any job. We will say plainly whether it is ours.
Yes. Stores and malls can ask for night or Sunday work. Many malls ask for repairs after closing. Tell us your mall's closing time and how contractors enter. A floor spring or a hinge is usually changed in one visit. So the door is ready before the mall opens again.
Send us a photo of the panel and its clamps. Keep people away from that stretch until we come. On site we check every clamp and fixing on the panel. Usually we tighten or change the clamps. If the glass itself is cracked, we make it safe and measure for a new panel.
No. We do not service automatic sensor doors or their motors. The maker's service team usually handles those. We do repair manual sliding glass doors at terraces, side entries and stores. That covers rollers, tracks, locks and doors that drag or jump off the track.
Broken glass is made safe the same day. We clear the loose glass and cover the opening. Toughened glass cannot be cut, so the new panel is made to the size we measure. That takes a few days. We then fit it at a time your mall allows, often after closing.
That depends on your lease, so please check with your mall office. We can work for either. We give a written price to whoever asks for the job. Nothing is due until that price is approved. Tell us if the mall needs our team's names before we enter.
Yes. Mirrors are made to size through our custom glass service. We measure the wall, and the mirror is cut and finished to fit. We can also replace a food court counter's glass screen. Send a photo with rough sizes, and we can usually tell what it needs.
