A hotel shower door gets a new guest every few days, and not all are gentle. The hinge, the part that holds the glass door to the wall, loosens first. Then the door sags and scrapes the floor. We change hinges, seals, rollers and handles on your own glass. A shattered door is cleared and made safe the same day.
A guest notices a window that will not close, because the road noise comes in. Cool air from the air conditioner also leaks out through the gap. We change worn rollers, reseal gaps and stop rain leaks at the frame. For a room on a loud road, we also sell double glazing.
A heavy balcony sliding door wears its rollers, the small wheels it runs on, and its track. Guests then force it, and the lock stops lining up. We change the rollers, repair the track and fit a lock that catches. On a glass railing we replace a cracked panel and change loose clamps, the metal grips that hold the glass.
The lobby door is the first thing a guest touches, and luggage trolleys often knock it. The floor spring, a closer set in a metal box in the floor under the door, wears out. The door then slams or stays open. We change the spring, fix a loose handle and set the door to close softly.
Guests open a window for air, and mosquitoes come in with it. We fit mesh to room windows and a sliding mesh door at the balcony. The mesh door slides beside the glass door, so the balcony stays easy to use. A guest can then sleep with the glass open.
A banquet hall door stays quiet for days, then opens a few hundred times in one evening. That is when a loose hinge or a weak closer fails. We change hinges and closers, and line up double doors so they meet evenly. We can do this on a day the hall has no booking.
A wardrobe sliding door can jump its track or drag along the floor. We change its rollers and guides and set the door straight. We also make mirrors to size, for a bathroom wall or a dressing table. A cracked mirror is taken down safely, and a new one is fitted in its place.
We do not need a floor closed. Send us a list of room numbers, with the fault in each room. Your front desk tells us which of those rooms are vacant that day. We work through them one by one and leave each room clean. A hinge, a handle or a roller is usually one short visit for each room. New toughened glass is made to size, so that room waits a few days. Broken glass is made safe the same day you call. Most jobs are done in 3 to 4 days.
Start with a photo or a short video on WhatsApp. For a shower door, show the hinge, the bottom seal and the whole door. For a window or a balcony door, film it opening and closing. We can usually tell what the job needs from that. If many rooms share one fault, tell us how many rooms. Rooms built together usually have the same fittings, so one visit tells us the part. Then we bring enough parts for the full list. You get one written price for the list. Nothing is due until you approve it.
Shower doors, balcony railings and lobby doors should be toughened glass. Toughened glass is safety glass. If it breaks, it falls into small blunt pieces, not long sharp ones. It cannot be cut after toughening. So we measure the opening, and the glass is made to that exact size, with its holes. That is why a new shower door takes a few days. Until it arrives, the broken glass is cleared and the bathroom is left safe to walk in.
Some things in a hotel look like our work and are not. We do not service automatic sensor doors or their motors. We do not work on fire-rated doors, lifts or rolling shutters. We do no plumbing, tiling or electrical work, so a leaking shower pipe is not ours. We repair the hardware and alignment of a wooden room door. We do no new carpentry and no welding. If you are unsure, send a photo and we will say plainly.

Yes. Send a photo of one hinge and tell us how many rooms have it. Rooms built together usually share one fitting, so we bring matching hinges for all of them. We work through the list as rooms fall vacant. You get one written price for the whole list first.
Yes, at a time the resident agrees to. A window roller, a handle or a mesh panel is usually one short visit. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm. A business can also ask for Sunday work. Tell us which units need work, and we plan one round.
No. We do not service automatic sensor doors or their motors. We do repair manual lobby doors, swing or sliding. That covers the floor spring, the hinges, the handle, the lock and the alignment. We also replace cracked glass in a lobby side panel, in toughened glass made to size.
Usually, yes. A closer, a hinge or a handle is often one visit. Tell us the dates the hall is free, and we come on one of them. You can also ask for night or Sunday work. If a door needs new glass, we measure first, and the glass takes a few days.
