The Hosur Road corridor has been building steadily for years. One street here can hold a society handed over last year and a block that went up fifteen years ago. Those two need different answers, and it is not about taste. It is whether the walls are still straight.
New flat or old flat changes the recommendation
In a society handed over in the last few years the walls are straight. So frameless looks better and is the simpler answer.
In a block fifteen years old, the walls have usually settled a few millimetres. A slim aluminium frame takes that up inside its channel. Frameless cannot.
We decide with a level at the measuring visit, against your real walls. No one can tell you which one you need from a photo, and anyone who does is guessing.
Fitting out before you move in
An empty flat is the easiest and cheapest place we ever work in. Nothing to protect, no one waiting for the bathroom, and no neighbours to work around.
If you are fitting out before moving in, do every bathroom in one order. Three enclosures together share one measuring visit, one delivery and one booking for our team.
The one thing we cannot do early is measure. That waits until the tiling is done. We cut to the finished tile face, and toughened glass cannot be trimmed after.
How the job works
- Tell us about the jobSend a few photos, rough sizes and what you need. Use WhatsApp or the form. For a repair, a short video of the door moving helps a lot.
- We call you backUsually the same day. Where we can, we give you a rough price on the call. Then you know if a visit is worth your time.
- We come and measureWe measure the opening. We also check the walls, floor, ceiling and the way in. Your glass is made to these final sizes, so they must be right.
- You get a written priceIt shows the glass, the fittings and the fitting work as separate lines. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
