The stretch from Konanakunte out to Anjanapura is one of the newest parts of the city. Almost all our work here happens before anyone has moved in. Straight walls, empty rooms, nothing to protect. It is the simplest home work we do. The timing is the only thing that ever goes wrong.
One firm rule: tiling first
We measure after the tiling is done, never before.
The size that matters is the finished tile face, not the wall behind it. Toughened glass is cut before it is toughened, so we cannot trim it if the tiling ends up a few millimetres out.
This catches out a lot of first fittings. Everything else in an empty flat can be ordered ahead. Tell us your tiling date when you first call. We book the measuring visit to match, instead of sending someone to a bathroom that is not ready.
New walls make frameless the easy choice
In an older bathroom we often suggest a slim aluminium frame, because the channel hides walls that have gone out of straight. In a building handed over in the last few years, that problem mostly does not come up.
So frameless both looks better and is simpler here. We pick the glass thickness to suit the size of the panels, and the hinges to suit the weight of the door.
Frosted glass is worth asking about where people can see into a bathroom window. Frosting is the cloudy finish that stops you seeing through. We price it by the area we treat.
Do the whole home in one order
This is the biggest saving on this kind of job, and it is not a discount.
Three enclosures ordered together share one measuring visit, one delivery and one booking for our team. Ordered one at a time, they carry three of each. Those fixed costs are what push a small job to the top of the range.
Two or three bathrooms take a day to a day and a half in one visit, instead of three separate days spread over months.

- You get a written priceIt shows the glass, the fittings and the fitting work as separate lines. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
