Most HSR offices are ground floor units with people living upstairs. That shapes the work here. The area itself is easy to work in. The roads are wide and unloading is simple. But your neighbours set the working hours, not a building team. It helps to agree those hours before the day.
Keeping the noise short
Toughened glass (safety glass) arrives finished. Every hole, cut and polished edge is done before it is made, because nothing can be drilled into it after.
That removes most of the noise people expect from this work. What is left is fixing the clamps or the frame, and that part is short.
We do it in the middle of the day, not early morning or evening. If your building has a rule on working hours, tell us at the first call and we will plan the whole day around it.
Small rooms, and the two honest savings
Most jobs here are two to four cabins. Small rooms cost more per square foot than large ones. A door and its parts cost the same in a small cabin as in a large one. But a small room has much less glass to share that cost. That is simple maths, not a trick.
The first saving is a fixed panel with an open doorway. It removes the door parts, and they are the biggest single cost on a small room.
The second is ordering every room at once. One measuring visit, one delivery and one day of our team cover all of them. This beats doing all three again in six months.
