The towers here were handed over ten to fifteen years ago. That is just the age where the first bathroom fittings start to fail. That is the whole story of our shower work in Hoodi and Brookefield. The question is almost never what to build. It is whether what you have is worth repairing.
Repair or replace, answered before we travel
It depends which part has gone. We would rather tell you than sell you the bigger job.
If the glass is fine and only the hinges, seals or handle have failed, that is a real repair. It costs much less than a new enclosure.
If the frame has rusted, the seals have gone hard and the silicone has failed behind the tiles, that is what fifteen years looks like. Fixing one of those three only lasts a few months, and you pay for the visit twice. Send a photo of the door edge and the bottom track. We will tell you which it is.
Getting material up in a settled tower
A block full of families is stricter than a block still in fit-out. Expect a gate pass, worker IDs, a booked service lift and set daytime hours.
We arrange all of it. We measure the lift as well as the bathroom. The lift decides the largest panel we can carry up. A panel that will not fit the lift will not go up the fire stairs either.
Give us the tower name on the first call. One phone call to the facility desk tells us the lift size and the hours. That is enough to price the job properly instead of guessing.
How the job works
- Tell us about the jobSend a few photos, rough sizes and what you need. Use WhatsApp or the form. For a repair, a short video of the door moving helps a lot.
- We call you backUsually the same day. Where we can, we give you a rough price on the call. Then you know if a visit is worth your time.
- We come and measureWe measure the opening. We also check the walls, floor, ceiling and the way in. Your glass is made to these final sizes, so they must be right.
- You get a written priceIt shows the glass, the fittings and the fitting work as separate lines. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
