Almost every enclosure we fit along Sarjapur Road goes into a home nobody has lived in yet. Straight walls, empty rooms, nothing to protect, and nobody waiting for the bathroom. It is the easiest work we do. The one thing that often goes wrong is measuring too early, and that is easy to avoid.
One firm rule: tiling first
We measure after the tiling is finished, never before.
The size that matters is the finished tile face, not the wall behind it. Toughened glass is cut before it is made, so we cannot trim it if the tiling ends up a few millimetres out.
This catches out a lot of fit-outs, because everything else in an empty home can be ordered early. Tell us your tiling date at the first call. We will book the measuring visit around it, instead of sending someone to a bathroom that is not ready.
Everything in one order
Three or four enclosures ordered together share one measuring visit, one delivery and one booking for our team. Ordered one at a time, they carry three or four of each.
Those fixed costs are what push a small job to the top of the range. So this is the biggest saving here, and it is not a discount.
In a villa, add the stair railing and any fixed screens to the same order. It is the same visit and the same delivery, and it saves doing both again later.
Frameless, and what holds the water in
New walls are straight. So frameless is both the better looking and the easier choice here. We pick the glass thickness to suit the size of the panels.
What really keeps water inside is not the glass. It is a good seal along the door edge, plastic seals along the bottom and sides, and bathroom silicone around the joins.
Then allow about a day for it to set before the shower is used. Using it the same evening is the most common reason a brand new enclosure seems to leak in its first week.

- We come and measureWe measure the opening. We also check the walls, floor, ceiling and the way in. Your glass is made to these final sizes, so they must be right.
- You get a written priceIt shows the glass, the fittings and the fitting work as separate lines. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
