Marathahalli, Kundalahalli, AECS Layout and Munnekollal have a very large number of rented flats. That changes the first talk. Before we make anything, we need to know whose permission the job has. Toughened glass is cut to your exact opening and fits nowhere else. Everything after that is a normal bathroom job.
If you rent, get it in writing first
This is not just a form. A made-to-size toughened panel cannot be returned, resold or cut down. So a disagreement after it is made leaves someone holding glass that fits one bathroom in the city.
If you are the tenant, get the owner's agreement in writing before we order. It takes one message, and it removes the only real risk in this job.
If you are the owner and someone lives in the flat, tell us and we will work around them. We cover the floors, sheet off the work area, and take the old enclosure away the same day.
Getting the panel to the flat
Most of these blocks are four or five floors, with a small lift or none at all. So we usually carry panels up by hand, around a turn in the staircase.
That turn sets the biggest panel we can carry, and we measure it on the same visit as the bathroom. When one panel is too big for it, we make the enclosure as two panels with a slim joint.
Deliveries here go early. The Ring Road and the bridge can hold a vehicle for a long time at the wrong hour, and glass stuck in traffic helps nobody.
How the job works

- We call you backUsually the same day. Where we can, we give you a rough price on the call. Then you know if a visit is worth your time.
- We come and measureWe measure the opening. We also check the walls, floor, ceiling and the way in. Your glass is made to these final sizes, so they must be right.
- You get a written priceIt shows the glass, the fittings and the fitting work as separate lines. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
