Two kinds of work come out of this area. Clinics and small practices, where the glass has to give a patient privacy. And showrooms on the main road, where the glass is the display and cannot come down during shop hours. They are different jobs with different clocks.
A consulting room needs more than a clear panel
Privacy here is about sight and sound. Glass handles the two very differently.
For sight, we frost the panel. A band at seated eye level is enough for most rooms. A full frost from desk height up is what most doctors ask for. It still lets the room borrow light from the corridor.
For sound, we will be straight with you. A single glass partition cuts speech noise. It does not remove it. What really helps is sealing the gaps. Take the partition up to the slab, not stopping at the false ceiling. And put a proper seal at the bottom of the door. Thicker glass alone does far less than people expect.

Your front is your display. The footpath outside it is our work area.
So this work happens early morning or after closing. We measure on one visit and make the glass to size. It goes in during one session. Then you open the next day with a finished front.
We plan the panel sizes around the footpath too. A wide single panel looks better, but it needs room to be turned upright outside. On a narrow footpath with hoardings, that is not always possible. We check it before we quote it, not on the morning.
The blocks behind the main road
Small offices in converted ground floors are the third kind of job here. They are the easiest.
The vehicle reaches the door, so panels come off it and go straight in. There is no stair limit. That means fewer joins in a long run.
The one thing we always check is the ceiling. Many of these places have a false ceiling with nothing above it near the partition line. So we fix the top channel to the slab. Then we cut the ceiling back neatly around it.

- We make it and fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Then we make your glass. Our team delivers it, fits it, checks the doors line up and clears the site.
