The offices here sit close to the Mathura Road and the Badarpur border, and the single most common brief is a room where a phone call can be heard. That is a glazing question rather than a layout question, so it is worth being clear about what glass can and cannot do about traffic noise.
What actually stops traffic noise
Traffic noise is low and continuous, which is the hardest kind to stop. A single pane of glass barely touches it.
What works is mass and separation: two panes with a sealed air gap, ideally of different thicknesses so they do not resonate together, or a laminated pane with an interlayer that damps sound.
What undoes all of it is a gap. An unsealed opening window or a gap under a door will let through more noise than the glass ever stops. So the seals and the door matter as much as the specification of the glass.
An internal cabin against an external wall
Where the road noise comes through the outer wall, a glass cabin built against that wall inherits the problem.
So the useful move is usually to put the quiet room on the inside, away from the elevation, and let the open desks take the road side.

Dust on the road side, and what it does to a track
An office this close to a main road takes in road dust, and it ends up in every sliding track in the building.
For a partition that matters mainly at the door. A sliding cabin door on the road side will start to drag noticeably sooner than one further in.
