In a Gurugram apartment tower, the door that faces the weather is the balcony door. If it slides, rain collects in its track. Small drain holes, called weep holes, should let that water out. When they block, the track fills and spills over its inner edge into the room. It can look like a leak from nowhere. We clear the weep holes and prove that they run. Then we fit outdoor seals at the bottom and sides of the door.
