These places run into the early hours, which rules out working after closing in any useful sense. Early morning is the practical window: the venue is empty, there is parking, and it is ready to open when we leave. Nearly everything we do here is arranged that way.
Why early morning beats after closing
Working after a venue closes means starting at two or three in the morning with staff waiting to lock up.\n\nComing at six or seven instead means the venue is empty, we have a clear run, and it is finished before anybody needs the room.\n\nSo that is what we propose, and it is usually a relief to the operator. The exception is work that needs a long undisturbed cure, which genuinely does want the closed period overnight.
Breakages that happen during service
Glass in a venue breaks in service rather than overnight, and the immediate need is to make the area safe and keep trading.\n\nSo the first response is clearing and isolating rather than repairing: get the broken glass out properly, screen the area, keep the floor usable.\n\nThe replacement is measured and fitted on the next early morning. Trying to do both at once during service is how people get hurt, and it is never what the operator actually needs.
The fittings that wear fastest in a venue
In these rooms the things that fail are door closers, table top edges and mirror fixings, in that order, and all from sheer volume of use.\n\nNone of them fails suddenly — each gives warning for weeks.\n\nSo a quarterly check of the doors, the table tops and anything fixed to a wall catches all three cheaply. In a venue operating at this intensity, planned maintenance is considerably cheaper than the unplanned kind, and far less disruptive.
How the job works
- Tell us about the jobSend a few photos, rough sizes and what you need. Use WhatsApp or the form. For a repair, a short video of the door moving helps a lot.

- We come and measureWe measure the opening and check the walls, floor and ceiling around it. Anything made to size is made to these measurements, so they must be right.
- You get a written priceIt lists each item, with GST as its own line. If anything about the job changes, we tell you before we go ahead.
- We fit itYou approve the price and pay the advance. Our own team fits the work, checks that every door and window opens and closes properly, and clears up. Most jobs are done in 3 to 4 days.
