Which bathroom to do first, and which last
The sensible order starts with the least-used bathroom and finishes with the most-used one.
That way the family always has somewhere to go, and by the time we reach the main bathroom everyone has seen how the work goes and how long it takes.
It also lets any problem surface on a room nobody depends on. If a wall turns out to need making good, finding that out in the guest bathroom is much better than finding it in the only bathroom being used that week.
Measuring the whole house before making anything
On a multi-bathroom job we survey every room before ordering any glass, even though they are fitted weeks apart.
That is because glass, hardware and finishes should be bought in one batch to guarantee they match, and because a whole-house measure often reveals that three of the bathrooms share a dimension.
Where they do, the panels can be cut together, which reduces both cost and lead time. Measuring room by room as we go loses both advantages entirely.
